The Makers Media Terms & Conditions
1. The website makersweare.com ("Site") is operated by MakerVille Company Limited ("we", "us" and “our” shall be construed accordingly). We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.
2. The trademarks, trade names and logos displayed on the Site (collectively "Trademarks") are owned by us, or are licensed/authorised to be used by us. These must not be used by you without the written consent of the applicable entity. You are granted no rights or licenses with respect to any of the Trademarks.
3. All content on the Site ("The Makers Content"), including but not limited to images, videos, music, related data or information, content selection, content arrangement, downloadable content and Trademarks, are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unless authorised by us in writing or unless otherwise expressly stated herein, you must not by yourself or permit any other person to:
a. copy, reproduce, republish, download, frame, link to, upload, post, transmit, modify, adapt, exploit, translate, create derivative works based on, rent, lease, loan, sell, assign, distribute, publicly display, perform, license, sublicense or reverse engineer any portion of The Makers Content;
b. use or access The Makers Content (including but not limited to video(s) and digital wallpapers) for any commercial or unlawful purpose, or any purpose other than your own personal use or enjoyment;
c. infringe the intellectual property rights of any person in using or accessing The Makers Content;
d. use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, data mine, or in any way reproduce, disrupt or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Site and/or The Makers Content; or
e. remove the watermark or copyright notice contained in any The Makers Content.
4. Media content on the Site are for viewing only and are not available for download or copy except as explicitly permitted. You must not attempt to download, copy, or circumvent any technical measure protecting the media content.
5. You may download designated media content (such as digital wallpaper) from designated sub-page(s) of the Site.
6. Unless expressly stated herein, your usage of or access to The Makers Content will not transfer any intellectual property rights to you or license you to exercise any intellectual property rights in relation to The Makers Content.
7. Your access to and/or use of the content on the Site (including but not limited to The Makers Content) is subject to both the Website Terms and Conditions, The Makers Membership Terms and Conditions (as applicable), and any other applicable terms and conditions. We may amend any of these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.
8. Should there be any inconsistencies between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
